Redefining “Home”

Our recent experience with global pandemics and unrest inspired a deep clarification of what is important to each of us and as a result, a deepening of our relationship to the home. It is our “safe place”, a place to create, nurture and celebrate the defining moments of our lives.

We have discovered that our homes need to serve many roles, including ones we did not perceive for them when we originally purchased or designed them.

We see this shift in trends in home planning, acquisition and remodeling projects becoming a mainstay as we better understand the potential of our homes to best serve our needs and express ourselves.

Through this introspection we have seen a new imagining of how we can and should live. Not just how we have been living.

Community Development:

Though we primarily serve individuals, families and investors in the process of planning and building homes, we are also excited to work in collaboration with groups of like-minded home owners seeking to create new intentional communities.

Many of our clients and peers are expressing a desire to live among friends and loved ones in new communities to better serve our shared needs in a changing world. As we mature and know what we want in our world, the idea of waking up for your morning walk and coffee near people you know and cherish is a particularly fulfilling idea for many including us.

We are actively pursuing community ideation for developer teams as they look to expand their reach in serving exciting new forms of community development and housing in dynamic, rapidly changing markets.
