Schematic design allows us to move further into the process of creating your project by visually capturing it so that we can begin the process of refining and documenting the ideas for your home.

Once we have defined a direction for your design we will work together to fine tune it to ensure it is the best solution to meet your needs. Our goal is to take you into the feeling and look of the space and get all the details right.

We will utilize a variety of tools to achieve this including drawings, models, mock-ups and virtual reality to enable you to “see” the space before you can actually see the space in reality.

In this process we will make sure that we have things exactly as you want it. Then we get busy creating the instruction set our construction team will need to render your dreams into reality.

In order to get the exact home that we have designed with you built correctly we need to have a set of documents to instruct the Construction Team the exact way we want to have it built. This is where we get busy with Construction Documents (CDs).
