Construction Management

Managing Construction

Now there is a challenge and an opportunity…

The Construction industry is one of the most misunderstood and mislabeled industries out there.

Most are led by well intentioned owners and a good team of people. There are fantastic ones and ones that aren’t so fantastic. How do you know the difference?

A friends advice? A web site? A business card or sign?

All are good starts. None can really tell you much about the group you will be partnering with, realistically for the next few years. There’s also that big pot of money that you are going to be transferring to them each week.

Before you “marry” yourself to a contractor, don’t you want to know more about them, their process, their systems and most importantly, their real reputation?

We’ve worked with many, many General Contractors and Sub Contractors. Some give you great results, some mostly good and some downright bad results if any.

How do you learn which kind they are?

Thats where we come in. We’ve worked with hundreds of them. We’ve spent years watching their performance and results. We also know when somethings supposed to be occurring but isn’t always the case. Did they put a lot of equipment and products at the home site and then disappear for days/weeks/months telling you they’ll be there “soon”?

Were you thinking that when you hired them they’d just be working on your job every day/week/month till it was done?

Hmmm, let us teach you a bit about the industry.

Let us help you better understand the realities of being a contractor and how they have to run their business, regardless of what they tell you' they’ll do.

Let us help you find the right builder to match your expectations and help you understand what to expect and when.

There are a lot of great contractors and people out there but what do you really know what to expect and what not to?

That’s where we can help you and them. Keep your sanity, budget and timeline intact without loosing any of them.
